Well,

First, thank you. This is a good plan.

Imbuing psychic is a good power, as is being an eldritch piece.

Also, this adds build diversity, possibly opening up a ring slot for those willing to take the chance.

Given that there is an additional power (sub-class), and that recipes have gotten more expensive in general, I think its fine to include whatever in the recipe, including fleece.

If a person had more than 1 skull, would they be able to use ea h for a subclass 1/year?

Access to the Sub-Classes is awesome! That will be a fun element to add to the mix.

I personally don't mind losing the HP bonus from having the seprate Teeth while using the Semi-Lich Skull. Life is full of choices where we have to weigh the costs and benefits. We will have to decide what's more important to us, going to this kick-ass event and having access to the Sub-Classes or having 7 more HP. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'll be honest, that was unexpected.

I assume rather than numbering them they'll be chipped for ease of verification?

I really hope there is some way to get the HP, as well. If the completed skull just counted as all 7 teeth for the purposes of semi lich skull or required a semi lich skull in the recipe to include the 7hp on the token, I'd be fine with that, too.

But I also think it should protect the wearer from Psychic Blast. I hate to equip the ioun stone just for that.

Only if you have the UR Semi Lich Skull. Anyone that doesn't have it, it doesn't hurt them at all. Also it adds to Eldritch set.
So if you only had one other Eldritch depending on the class you play aren't you getting more than 7HP?

If you had other Eldritch you are still getting +1 to damage and if a healer +2 to heals.

If this is would be your only Eldritch then AND have the Lich Skull then I agree.
