I was really thinking in the terms of a reckless barbarian. No ac lowering hp but hits harder than a truck

I like your idea for the UC lvl , that way more new guys get it

Bert's One-Man-Banded Mail: Torso, AC 4, activates bardsong as free action if able to move OR +1/+1 to bardsong? depends on if the UCs are also used

Accordion of Charm: Musical instrument, when played, monster saves vs Charm, failure = lost turn, effect ends if attacked/takes damage

A +2 to spell damage pair of boots.

(Or one pair that does both).

This token would allow Bardsong while performing melee attacks, and convey +1 damage above standard Bardsong?

Keep them separate and let them mirror the UR boots of the winds

Edit, honestly, the boots could be boots of focus - 1 spell damage, 1 heal, 1 poly
