Got some gold backed completion tokens tonight, they've been onyx all weekend. Anyone else get either variety and if so on what days?

Don't tell Trent. Now he needs both.

I did not experience gold backed versions of the GHC tokens. They did run out of the E3 rare completion tokens (Charm of Fortitude) in the afternoon and substituted with gold backed Ring of Roaring.

Edit: Went back through my tokens this morning and saw that I do have a gold backed Charm of Fortitude. Maybe they came from the treasure box?

We got the following:

Friday
Onyx-backed Charm of Fortitude (R)
Onyx-backed Charm of Minor Fortitude (UC)
Onyx-backed Shirt of the Hare (R)
Onyx-backed Shirt of the Tortoise (UC)

Saturday
Same as above, but we also ended up with some gold-backed Ring of Roaring (R) and 1 mysterious gold-backed Ring of Ringing (UC). Received 2 gold-backed Charm of Fortitude as well.

Also, the completion token for the cancelled Side Quest was a gold-backed Earcuff of Alarm (UC).

I know I got some gold backed completion tokens. I know for sure I got a gold backed charm of fortitude. I’ll have to check when I get back.

On that Saturday we got Onyx Charm of Fortitude, and Gold Charm of Minor Fortitude, from the same run. I definitely like the Onyx back better.

Was the Gold backed one a Charm of Minor Fortitude? Or Charm of Fortitude?

As you can imagine, I got at least one of each. See the below photo for all of the GHC completion tokens. Unfortunately these are already spoken for, but I'll go through my bags to see if I have extras and put them on my site in the near future.

The tokens handed out were:

Onyx - Shirt of the Hare
Gold - Shirt of the Hare (when they ran out of onyx - more people ran hardcore than they anticipated)
Onyx - Shirt of the Tortise (misspelled - should be Tortoise)

Onyx - Charm of Fortitude
Gold - Charm of Fortitude (when they ran out of onyx - more people ran hardcore than they anticipated)
Onyx - Charm of Minor Fortitude

Gold - Earcuff of Alarm (when they cancelled Side Quest this was given out with a 10 pack)

I also got a Ring of Roaring, but that was the last day when they even ran out of the Gold rares...LOL.

The change from Onyx to Gold was approximately 2PM Saturday. Sounds like they had a very limited supply of the gold backed ones if they ran out that day
