TOPIC: Rule Questions Ranger with Animal Friend and Shadow Shot

If a Ranger is equipped with Shadow Shot and calls an Animal Friend to combat. How does that affect sliding?

1. Does the Polymorph token take precedence over the Shadow Shot in the second puck?
2. Can the Player Slide 3 pucks at once and use both Animal Friend and Shadow Shot?

If you choose Animal Friend then your two range attacks are range weapon and Animal Friend.

If you attack melee, you are required to slide two melee weapons.

You only have two pucks.

Since there wre only 2 ranger pucks you would have to choose between shadow shot and animal companion.
Since shadow shot is flat damage and animal companion has a damage wheel, the animal will have potential for more damage.

There is a precedent for sliding another player's puck... for Wizards, albeit a blank puck.

Dagger of Arcane Luck when used to slide for a spell allows the wizard to slide an empty puck after their dagger is thrown. Wizard only has 1 puck, so they have to use another player's empty puck. In this case there's no damage potential with the second puck... but since it's possible to slide another player's puck for one class, why not for another?
