Well, that's a different power level, though it could drive other classes to raise their CHA in order to get multiple uses of more than one figurine.

Pyromancer's Goggles. +2 to damage spells

The best wizards have for eyes is arguably still the rare Lenses of Focus. There is already some precedence from the Ranger, Monk, and Barbarian to be able to equip the base token and the legendary still.

Also, most (though not all) of the precedence points to at least some other classes being able to use the UR level of the transmute path.

It provides the risk-reward aspects of the player to test their ability to stay alive for a bit more damage per shot. Blood risk allows it to apply to all weapons unlike the other whetstone that applies to rares and below...

Interesting idea, but I'd probably bump up the number of HP you give up.

As long as URs are excluded, I think this is a good idea. I dislike the idea of including URs mostly due to the Panther.

Honestly I'd be mere concerned about the new reaver , and maybe the Phoenix

If we were to do this and exclude URs, I would be fine with an UC charm that allowed a reuse of a single FoP of rare or lower.

While I'd also love to see earcuff of orbits, I think this year's arcane bracelets and earcuff were intended as essentially the reprints of earcuff of orbits and charm bracelet but slots swapped to try to increase build diversity. I suspect if we see a direct reprint of earcuff of orbits it will be in 3-5 years the next time that concept sort of rolls back into reprint range.

Pushing for more interesting non-slot-expanding earcuff option at UR is probably a good idea, but there are a lot of slots and I'm not sure ear is worth having multiple UR in print at the same time.

This years Charm of Glory allowed a third ring. Maybe a Charm that allows +1 FOP (max of 3)

I would also like to see more retribution damage.

I know the belt of thorns didn't fare well, though I am thrilled I ended up with it as a random UR.

The trouble is amulet of thorns was just reprinted.

Maybe something in a different slot. Shield, or perhaps back, like a cloak?
Perhaps Ioun Stone? These tend to be defensive in nature, which I generally think of RD as being close enough to.
