Honestly still feels like to much to me. Last year if you had told me there was going to be a rare +2 str neck I would have thought it was a great upgrade as is.

Similar to some other tokens, it is likely +2/+2 or +2/+5 to undead

The second number is not a modifier but the new value. There was clarification on a shield +2 or +4 vs orcs was not 6 ac against orcs but 4. Or was it snakes.

Side note, 5 is better than it just being 2 sacred damage, doubled to 4 if undead, so 7 would be cray cray
