If I booked two rooms for 2 groups and one group canceled and I find myself stuck with an extra room and a cancel fee of $300. It would be okay if I found new friends to take over the room Right?

If it is possible, I didn't find out until today that I was actually going to get to go to GenCon so I have a group of 3 that this would be our first TD experience, so if it doesn't work out and can be transfered, I would love to have a chance

The group is trying to work things out. Everything is just insane.

Sorry, I don't know what's happening and We're 10 days away.
