I can't do a Saturday Evening Grind.

Is there a reason we are not trying for any morning runs?

I'll see what I can do with Grind; I'll try to get one that you can join. That's pretty much going to be based on what we can get, in any case.

About half of our participants, maybe a bit more, indicated that they couldn't/wouldn't do mornings, and quite a few indicated evenings only. If folks are willing/able to switch it's all good with me--I was trying to accommodate. I based the (otherwise random) Grind time partially on that, as well.

Don't sweat Grind. I can always do that at GHC.

There is a long break between the 1:00 runs and 1:36 runs in the schedule. So my start times will need to be at 12:00, 12.12, 12.24, 12.36, 12:48, or 1:00. If we absolutely cant get anything but a 12:36, take it and I will talk to Lori about being a few minutes late. I can probably only do that once. 12:48 or later is not possible for me.

My preference would be a 12:48 or 1:00 slot on Thursday. Similar concept on other days. That give me the most flexibility.

Thursday might be problematic for me. I'm trying to coordinate a run with my son's group and they are not morning people. I'll try to work it out so there is not a conflict.

Just got hit with a curve. My volunteer sffts are now 8:12 to 4:12. So my afternoon runs need to be 4:15 or later.

Or if I can swap into some evening runs, that would be great. Ideally Aenllan would move with me.

All I really ask is to post the times you manage to get as soon as possible on Sunday. I'm going to be working real hard to try and fill up my timeslots before all the tickets are gone. I'm leaving openings for these times, but they are still open to some interpretation. What is evening? After 5pm? after 6pm? after 7pm?

Also, if this works like last year, some people's schedules will still change after the fact and we'll need to replace some names on some runs. It will be unavoidable, but if like last year, I don't think it required much effort to find people to fill in gaps.

Right - as soon as I have my confirmed D&D times, etc., then I'll be able to "really" confirm my slots.

If I can't swap shifts, I could move into the Friday evening Haven and Vault spots. I could run Druid in both. Ideally we would rearrange so Aenllan could be in those as well, but he will be fine on his own. That would make the afternoon slots mor flexible.


Given our tight constraints it would make sense to have multiple people trying for tickets.

Ok, I'm locked in for AM shifts. So I'll do the Friday Evening night runs as Druid. If another spot opens in either of those move Aenllan in please.

I've already added a slew of each run at the appropriate times to my wish list.

I figure I'll check the forums when it processes, and if I can help out by picking us up a run, I will. I can always return them to the system if we don't need them.
