I saw people arriving last year to buy badges and not being able to.

It is marked for him as "in transit". I'll be sure to let him know that they will print him a new one if it hasn't arrived by GENCON. It could be a tricky situation if it arrives on Monday or Tuesday, because he'll be flying to Indy on Monday morning (we're officially starting our GENCON on Monday afternoon this year). I wonder what GENCON will do it if shows as "delivered", but it was delivered after Jeff left for Indy. I'm guessing GENCON doesn't start handing out or printing badges until Thursday?

Actually, Jeff found out that it has already been returned to Sender, so he'll probably have to wait in line at Will Call. He said the Post Office didn't leave a notice that they tried to deliver and that it had to be picked up. I figured something was wrong for him to not have it yet.
