TOPIC: Question about tickets/refunds at PAX South

We did the demo last year and have a group of 7 going to do the full thing this year!

Question about tickets/refunds: Since we almost have a full group I'm tempted to go ahead and get the whole time slot for friends / friends of my kids (teens) who might decide they'd like to do it. But if we don't end up filling out all 10 how long would I have to return the unused tickets for a refund?

(I tried a forum search but there seemed to be some confusion plus I don't know if GenCon / PAX will have the same rules)

That is a decision TD would be making. With the platform being used, it is the organization that runs the event that makes that call.

What is the policy for returns at PAX South in 2019?
I'm trying to convince a friend to buy tickets to both dungeons, and it would be an easier sell if they could return the ticket to the second dungeon if they needed to.
