TOPIC: GHC Volunteers - Any Interest In Grind?

GHC Volunteers - Any Interest In Grind? 6 years 6 months ago #1

When I originally scheduled the True Grind events for GHC, I didn't realize how much it would overlap with the main dungeon and how that may prevent GHC volunteers from participating.

Right now, it looks like there are still 3 unsold slots (Saturday 1 PM, Saturday 5 PM, and Saturday 6 PM). If we were to move one of the slots to a different time (like Friday morning and Saturday evening after the final run is over), would GHC volunteers be interested in participating? (We would reschedule the event in the GHC registration system and you can then buy tickets for that event).

I talked with Jeff and he did say that was feasible, if we choose to do it.

My assistant DM and player coaches are willing to make the adjustment, if there is sufficient interest.

Please let us know! Thanks!

None of the grind times work for me currently but we have limited time to change but I would love to see a Thursday night grind or Sunday morning.

Friday morning would work

Late Saturday would work. I can feel confident saying that since you are in my next to the last run of the night group.

I have never done Grind but I would love the opportunity if it weren't conflicting with my volunteer schedule. Thanks

I am not a volunteer unfortunately, but if there were a run at say 10pm Saturday night and it had a slot, I would gladly purchase a ticket. But I understand if this would be strictly volunteers only.

I am not a volunteer, but if there were extra slots available after the volunteers had their chance to fill them, I would be interested in playing either Friday morning or Saturday evening.

Working with Jeff and GHC, we just managed to reschedule the unsold Saturday 5 PM Grind event to Saturday 11 PM, in order to accommodate TD volunteers who otherwise can't play anything.

Although there is no way for us to control who buys these tickets, I would ask that people first give the opportunity to TD volunteers at GHC.

I’m going to try and get a ticket

I see a Saturday at 5pm on Gameholes website not an 11pm. Do I get the 5pm ticket?

It might take them a little time to change it in the system.

Don't buy the 5 PM ticket yet because it might confuse them and their system.

You can't buy them now anyway. Have to buy onsite at this point.
