TOPIC: September Patron Event - Friday September 20th Sign Up

We did this back in January. It seemed to go well, so I'll try it again. This is totally VOLUNTARY.

The goal here is to try to add some order to the chaos that can happen when several people all try to sign up for the same runs. The link below is to a September Patron Run sign up sheet where people can list there preferred run and classes. The goal is to hopefully minimize any conflicts when tickets go on sale on Friday, July 12th. Thank you.

Instructions:
- Navigate to the link below
- If you are a patron, please indicate your preferred run in the appropriate box below.
- List your name (or forum name) and a preferred class (if you have one)
- The goal of this spreadsheet is try to add a little order to the chaos that will ensue on July 12th when tickets become available.
- Note: Signing up here does NOT guarantee you a spot (nor your preferred class). It just communicates to the community your intent with the hope they will stay clear of your selection.
Note: Its very likely not all patrons will see this spreadsheet, which will lead to unavoidable conflicts. A backup plan is recommended.

Thanks. Fixed. I had it right in one place, wrong in the other. I think my brain was wired to subtract two days from the date TD Events shows tickets going on sale and I just subtracted again.

Thanks to everyone who's participating in the effort to keep things organized. We've had 31 patrons use the spreadsheet thus far.

Reminder: Patron run tickets go on sale in 6 days (noon Central Time).

Understandable. And I'm sure you're not alone.

I think back in January we had about 10-20 patrons who remained undeclared and just picked up a ticket from available slots when they were ready. Just trying to make sure people who do know their plans aren't all trying for the same run on the 12th.

Final bump. Tickets go on sale tomorrow.
