I was very psyched to make 10th level after the final VTD run. How do I get the benefit for it? I am sending in a transmute order this week so I can get it back before GC - do I simply make a request in the special notes area of the form?

I watched the announcement video. Jeff said it would show up in the store for those who are at the level.
