TOPIC: VTD with remote / yet-to-be-transmuted tokens

i'm currently in a different country than (a large portion of) my tokens; fortunately i did leave access for someone in my TD group. how will token verification work in this case? (i'm in at least one run by myself) - can i submit a pre-recorded (photograph/video) of the tokens? will i be able to have them join the zoom call for the token verification (not actually sure if the time works well for them though)?

we were also going to be transmuting some tokens on-site but that's clearly not an option for VTD; will the pile-of-tokens-that-would-have-been-transmuted be acceptable as their transmuted version or will i have to build a character with what's physically in the collection?
