Given the current demand, will ghosting be allowed at virtual GC? (Apologies if already asked)

Not sure how the originals were released or were acquired, but what are the chances a new wave of Arcane Recipes will be released to create a Soul Forged item?

Not official in any way shape or form, but I would suspect low, given the efforts taken to get the last few out of circulation.

Personally, I hope there aren't any more. I'm curious, what efforts were taken to get the last few out of circulation?

(1) Is there any update on the concept of creating multi-unit trade good tokens (for example, a token worth 10x Mystic Silk)? As of three months ago, I believe the indications were that the idea had been discussed and was well received but no official announcement was available. I support this idea and think it would be helpful to both players and staff.

(2) What is the plan regarding the 2020 Treasure Chips? Normally we would redeem them at a convention and receive a chance to pull monster bits (among other things). I know the suggestion has been made that golden fleece could be substituted in proportion to the number of bits it would normally take to make a golden fleece. If we want to submit our 2020 Treasure Chips by mail may we do so and how will the treasure be handled?

(3) Related to (2), if 2020 monster bits will not be included to avoid spoilers, may the 2020 Treasure Chips be redeemed next year so that we can get the 2020 (now 2021) monster bits (either to use in recipes or just to have in the collection)?

(4) Are there any 2020-specific tokens other than those available by buying tokens that aren't being deferred until 2021 (for example, monster bits, completion, volunteer tokens)?

(5) Any hope that True Dungeon will ever be held in the Chicago-area in the future (ex. Adepticon in March)?

(6) If there are virtual True Dungeon events, will they still require the use of the physical tokens? Will physical completion tokens and treasure pulls for physical tokens still be part of it? Will the physical token 10-packs still be given? Will XP be awarded?

(7) Any thought to converting from paper party cards to giving each party an iPad or similar? Would allow for tokens to be added easier, much easier to track bonuses, used spells, hit points, etc. It could be DM access only to make changes with the party simply bringing it from room to room and able to view current character status (hit points/remaining spells/etc.). Internet connectivity wouldn't necessarily be an issue because app could be fully loaded on iPad (similar device) ahead of time without needing Internet connection during the runs.

Thanks for all you and the staff have done/will do. Stay safe!

Jeff, I remember you auctioning off some props (mostly aimed at the haunted house crowd). What is the possibility of you having an auction of some TD memorabilia (for real dollars)? I am sure you have some items which may not have much value outside of TD, but would be highly sought after by the collectors here. This could help supplement the revenue lost to canceled conventions and it would probably make a lot of people here happy.

This is something I was wondering as well. My guess is that many of the folks who invested heavily in tokens in order to transmute a Charm of Avarice (or more than one) did so in the hopes of doing multiple runs with it. If Virtual Runs are going to be in limited supply, it would be rude to run multiple times just for treasure... but could be a possible source of income for TD to allow some sort of “treasure -only” ticket (even if it’s a limited time offer.)

I am also curious about the possibility of TD including Virtual Runs (or a Virtual Convention) as a regular feature, to allow folks to participate from around the world on a more regular basis.

Perhaps a variant of that could be combat heavy runs with treasure (maybe similar to true grind)? The creatures could be changed in/out to give variety while still providing treasure?

Raven’s idea of allowing the purchase of extra tickets just for treasure make sense as well.

The puzzle runs will be in limited supply due to staffing limitations on TD’s part so for content heavy runs, I definitely agree that limits on the number of runs people can do is wise (unless demand doesn’t fill the slots.)
What do we want? Evidence based science! When do we want it? After peer review!

I love that we as the community are being allowed to ask questions for the growth of an amazing game. thank you for the chance Jeff.

My questions pertains to the relic opportunity that was with the volunteering side of TD. I am not able to afford a lot of runs or even cons, because of this I do most of my TD by volunteering.

1) I was wondering if the relics for volunteering three times in a given year will be the same for the 2021 year or will they change?
2) If they change are the relics for this year that volunteers could get only going to be transmutable with no other way to acquire?
