Discrepancy between the pdf of the combat board and the text in the email. PDF says to slide from 4 ft back, and email says 3 ft. Which should we use?

And, I’m REALLY EXCITED to play!

After testing we change the distance to 3 ft. Or the Naglees are bad sliders...

Thank you.

Some of these seem like they have obvious answers but I'll ask anyway :)

1. If we roll a D10, and get a 10, with the +10 does it still count as a "natural" 20 & a crit?
2. Similarly, if we roll a 1, with the +10, it's actually 11 so not an auto-miss?
3. Do monk & ranger roll twice if dual-wielding?
4. Will we have to factor in bardsong / buffs ourselves when figuring out the to-hit and damage to report to the DM?
5. Can we use real consumables? Or just the provided virtual ones?
6. Does someone in the party need a D20 handy to roll for initiative?
7. I assume the DM will need to ask us for our AC, free movement, etc. when we're attacked? Or will there be a limited party card created during coaching with some of that info?
8. Does the no-notetaking rule still apply? No Googling puzzles? haha

Looking forward to it!
Classes Played: Barbarian (21 times), Monk (15), Rogue (10), Cleric (9), Fighter (9), Ranger (8), Dwarf Fighter (7), Paladin (5), Druid (5), Elf Wizard (2), Wizard (2).

How are consumables handled? I'd like to use them if I can (part of the build design I wanted to try out is closely tied to using them).

I think we'd all be open to mailing in anything we use just on an honor system. An alternate would be to deduct it from our treasure draws (I'd prefer to mail them in).

1. If we roll a D10, and get a 10, with the +10 does it still count as a "natural" 20 & a crit? Yes.
2. Similarly, if we roll a 1, with the +10, it's actually 11 so not an auto-miss? Yes...a roll of a "1" always misses.
3. Do monk & ranger roll twice if dual-wielding? Yes.
4. Will we have to factor in bardsong / buffs ourselves when figuring out the to-hit and damage to report to the DM? Yes, the DM will ask the Bard first what they are doing.
5. Can we use real consumables? Or just the provided virtual ones? Both are good.
6. Does someone in the party need a D20 handy to roll for initiative? Yes.
7. I assume the DM will need to ask us for our AC, free movement, etc. when we're attacked? Or will there be a limited party card created during coaching with some of that info? The DM will ask for your AC at the start. Please alert them if some other power helps you out like Free Movement.
8. Does the no-notetaking rule still apply? No Googling puzzles? haha You can do screen captures if you want.

Chad,

No, you're not allowed to skip anything.

I refuse to draw your treasure, so you're good. BUT, I will be MAILING your stuff, so watch out for random boogers or Bears gear!

Aren't you glad you asked?
