Any news on Pax West? The last thing on their website is dated April 21.
D&D teaches all the important lessons in life - the low blow, the cheap shot, the back stab, the double cross. - Jerry Marsischky

Let them trap us. We have our swords. - Elric of Melnibone.

You try to get them to play the game, but all they want to do is play the rules. - Ardak Kumerian

I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory. I love only that which they defend - Faramir

Interesting. If you go to the Washington State Convention Center site you don't see anything listed for the first weekend in September on their event calendar. Might not mean anything other than they don't maintain their calendar.

On the good news side Emerald City Comic Con is still on their calendar for two weeks prior to PAX West. Although, that was already a rescheduled date for ECCC from earlier this year.

They might be like Gencon right now. Remember, we went a long time where there was no real official word out of Gencon, while the whole time they were in talks with city officials behind the scene unable to discuss what was being discussed.

With it being held in Seattle, I wouldn't count on it.

I'd be shocked if Washington state was open for a giant convention in early September.

We have friends who live in Seattle, who actually got VIG GenCons this year. It sounds like no visits this year. My wife and I have been pining for a train trip to visit then for some time. That seems like so far away now.....

There may be no way to know at this point.

But right now flights from Milwaukee to Seattle are reasonable. So it would be nice to know.

Since there is not a volunteering option on tdvols yet, I’m reluctant to book.
