So I'm trying to work on my Wizard build and while looking through tokens I found the list of scroll tubes. When deciding on which one I was going to use I ended up buying a Greater Arcane Scroll Tube thinking that the +2 would be of great help, as well as the protection to the scrolls.
But then I wondered if I could only use one Tube, because of the Sea dragon scroll tube providing the cast underwater ability. This might be a easy answer but I still wonder does anyone have an answer to the question "can you only use one scroll tube or can you equip more than one?"

Think of scroll tubes as applying their enhancing magic to the scrolls contained within them, not to the person holding the tube. As seen in the TDb descriptions for Greater Arcane Scroll Tube and Arcane Scroll Tube :
The effect from this item does not stack with other scroll-protecting items--even if they have different names–because a scroll cannot be stored in more than one container at the same time.

That same principal also applies to scrolls contained in a Sea Dragon Scroll Tube . I.e., you get either get the +2 damage from the GAST or the underwater casting. In my opinion, unless you know you're going to be underwater, use the GAST.
Have you looked it up in the TDb ?

But what if one of the tubes was very large ....

Fun fact: you can put bags of holding inside other bags of holding, for an infinite amount of carrying capacity. You can open portable holes inside other portable holes, and have an infinitely large portable hole.


Do not mix the two. Bad things happen if a bag meets a hole.

In order to support infinite storage, we had to clear out some space in the rest of infinity. Hopefully not to close to where you were standing...
