You might want to list the URs and better non-URs on the forums and see what offers you get, and use eBay for what's left.

Personally, I don't think the coronavirus or near-term convention closures will have any impact on True Dungeon viability or any long term impact on token values. If you're in need of the cash from the tokens, it makes sense to sell them. If you're just liquidating the tokens out of panic selling, you might want to consider keeping them for future True Dungeon fun.

I have 53 Ultra Rares and I26 Rares if those are the ones you are interested in. The rest are all Uncommon and Common.

I haven't said anything thus far but I side with Laz 100% in this. Honestly you seem like your trolling us at this point. P.S. I don't want to speak for anyone but I wouldn't be surprised if you hadn't already systematically offended most of the big buyers.

If your argument is I want to dump my stuff while it still has value because your hobby is dead, your not likely to find much love on a form dedicated to that hobby.

Again I don't want to speak for others, but even if TD goes dormant for a few years (which I doubt), I'm keeping my stuff, and will do all in my power to see it comes back at some point. I suspect I would be in good company.

Looking to invest in something more real, or something practical, and usable. Tokens are basically re designed poker chips. Even the real Vegas poker chips are having a bad time as the casinos in Vegas are said to be taking a pretty hard hit with all of this. With the announcement of no large groups in confined enclosed spaces. Las Vegas is seeing a significant drop in attendance, and betting. No sports means no sports betting... I really did not want to bring up the C word since I was the first (unknowingly) to talk about the virus on these forums. Once things calm down, and there is solid reassurance that there is no threat to the public, then I can see getting back into it... But now investing in toilet paper seems to be the wise buy right now... Since you can at least wipe your hind end with it..I guess you could wipe with a TD token but it most likely wont be as enjoyable. This all just sucks..But it is a wake up call of sorts of what is and is not important.

Well, the nature of any collectible item is that the bottom *could* fall out at any time. It's not likely here, nor most games.

Could we miss a con or two? Possibly.

People are acting as you say, whether they *need* to or not. It is highly likely most of us will end up with this virus eventually.

Anyhow, if you post your tokens and what you're looking for, you may get some interest. 53 URs could be a wide range of value to be sure.

126 rares probably doesn't have much value, unfortunately.

You that have caused the panic and buying up toilet paper etc. then made other panic.
For the record lots of the universities are not “shut down” they moved to an alternative way to learn.

The easiest and safest bet, if you're not interested in using E-bay, is probably going consignment with TrentTokens, or maybe selling everything outright to TDtavern. That'll let you do everything in one go and get decent prices.

That being said, you might want to take a breath on this dude. The virus is going to disrupt things short term, but the world is still turning, and things will go on. I doubt Origins and GenCon are going to be cancelled this year, but you're right, they may be. If they are they'll probably be back next year. If you need the money then by all means sell your tokens, but that sounds like quite a collection. It'd be a shame to sell it all this year and not have it when everything starts up again.

Yes Mike Steele There are a lot of hands in the pot with regards to Ebay.. that on top of the postal fees and gas etc.... So that is why I was looking to sell the entire bunch in one sale. I like the idea of maybe selling them in groups of 10 or 15.. That could work .. I need to figure it up.. I know some of my UR's are very collectible.

I regret any negative comments.. I don't know why Lazlo came on to this thread looking for a fight. I actually commented civilly on his thread as gesture of good will. I just want to sell off my stock right now. I feel it is a good time to sell while the market prices are still up.. If you know anything about the stock market you know that it all can change at the drop of a hat.

create a list and post by type (UR,R,UC,C or other) in the sales forum.

I would put up a buy it now offer, let that sit for a few weeks to see if there is a bite.

then consider individual sales.

I only wanted this thread to be about tokens. Others came in talking about the virus. I just replied honestly. Most seem to not handle honesty well these days it seems.

The sad thing is that most negative people like Lazlo don't want to hear the truth because they don't want their delusions destroyed.
