TOPIC: Question on Arcane Scroll Tubes

My TD partner in crime John O. asked if the Arcane Scroll Tube (+1) and Greater Arcane Scroll Tube (+2) damage bonus effect stacked. My first impulse was to say no they don't as the scrolls can only be stuffed into one tube, hence bonus from that tube. But TD token reads:

When the possessor of this tube casts a healing scroll, that scroll gains +2 to the amount healed. When the possessor of this tube casts a damage-inflicting scroll, that scroll gains +2 to the damage dealt.

The Arcane is the same, just +1. Question is, possession of both tubes net you a total of +3 bonus? Trying to find the relevant area to read. I do know two different + Rings would each convey/stack. Does this apply to the tubes. Any help appreciated and please pardon if already asked and answered.
