For the Level 10 bonus, how about something like a medallion or token with an RFID chip that activates various things in the storyscape or Dungeons? Maybe there would be an X or 10 marking the activation spots. :)

Maybe several x’s that report who has used them. Find them all and get a poke dinner. They have poke in all the locations TD is played right?

Idea has some fun potential. You could do high level quests, send out a quest email to the high level players with a clue or challenge, then create a spot in the dungeon that you bloop your token at, after the con any highlevel token that was blooped counts as having completed the quest and gets some kind of reward for the season. Rewards could be purely virtual. For example scan you token at the shrine of fire, get a marker on the website/secret password/email code you can use to get -3 fire damage next year etc

It could be kind of like the Amulet / Ring of Wonder - each year the RFID chip could activate something different and neat. Maybe a quest one year, maybe a bonus room another, maybe a unique monster another. :)

I do like the idea of a random "neat" effect. By having a room, that would require more people. In addtion, since the room is for level 10, the rest of the party you are with couldn't enter... just some food for thought.

Some good ideas. Just don't want to extended the time for a run. Should consider doing something at Cons but not as part of a run.

Permanent access to prestige classes would be fantastic.

The idea would be to provide access to the prestige classes without the ro7p. It helps Justify the design work for the classes for more than a handful of people.

I wouldn't recommend a 10th Level benefit that was dependent on having anything else required to activate it.
