Having said that, I don't necessarily believe that turning in the fragments will get us the token. I believe there will be some more hoops to jump through (pun intended). As you say, possibly the fragments get us the recipe which will tell us what is needed for the final transmute.

Just my rambling thoughts...

I agree. I find it unlikely they would force us to take a bunch of crafting mats and gold with the fragment to get the item at GenCon especially with us not knowing what we need.

Turn in your fragments at GenCon, get the recipe token, mail it in to transmute into O.B. later.

Plus, the fragments on the tokendb says...
Collect all of the unique variations of this token to unlock a special transmuted recipe. The recipe requires one of each unique fragment.

It doesn’t say we need anything else to unlock the recipe. Once you get the recipe token I think it’ll be a required token along with other mats listed on the transmutation page when it appears there.

When TD was in the Marriott, which ballroom was it in? Marriott (2nd floor) or Indiana (1st floor)? Something about several of the clues lead me to believe they are leading us back there.

I do agree it will be available later. The treasure mix is the same for all the cons so they wouldn't exclude people who pull the fragments later. And they also have the URL on them for the online TEP. But... I am still bringing my trade goods to Gen Con in case OB is actually craftable there :)

Forgive the pedantry, I just want to emphasize they're wild cards only for 2019 Monster Trophies.
Have you looked it up in the TDb ?
Please post TDb corrections in this thread .
If I write something in teal, it should not be taken seriously

Is that a slotless token?

This is very hard to see but the bottom left on his cloak it looks like the word FRAGMENTS. I'm not finding anything else though.

Also this is Edward Thatch (Blackbeard) from Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag if any of that might be relevant.

I believe we are past this. No one saw the word fragments though so good catch.
I believe it was to hint us to look at the fragments on tokendb which were now listed there and weren't before though someone did notice the fragments suddenly showed up. each fragment has a phrase hidden on the page make a new riddle hinting at ring of riches. lazo used a cog to get a clue from jeff who also said look for the riches again hinting at the ring of riches. if you look at the bottom of every page on truedungeon you'll see the ring of riches. you can click on it and it gives you a sample image of the new token the relic recipes give.

Originally it just say O___ B____
someone thought it was Orion's Belt due to the mention of 3 stars bright in the original riddle.
I just looked at it again and the image seems to have been updated to...
Or____ Be____
long with a dot in the middle.
Again seems to be leaning towards Orion's Belt.

Update: not sure why it is showing as just O B now. When I checked 10 min ago on my PC it showed Or Be
