Agreed, all we know for certain is there is a transmute. Could be an intermediate step recipe, new item that Grant's access to an old item like coin of fate did, entirely new item, or even a totally unrelated surprise.

No, we don't know there is a transmute. Druegar has said the extra line in the QTR was a mistake.

This could mean "there will be a transmute and it was a mistake to put it in the QTR."

It could also mean "it was just a mistake, there are no additional 2019 transmutes."
