We can't ghost to gain treasure pulls at TDC. That's well established and I'm fine with that.

If we wind up running with a less than full party can we "equip" a "phantom" character so as not to lose out on the full effect of CoGF or CoA? Not to get the loot for that "phantom," but to ensure full treasure for the "real" characters.

That sounds fair, not the REAL players fault that the run did not fill up.

Except on Friday during the patron event, I would assume there will always be players around who might be interested in joining a group that isn't full.

That is possible but since there are tickets unsold outside of the patron event I don't lnow that is a guarantee.

At the moment there are 5 runs with open slots after the Patron event ends. Open slots range from 1 to 7.

6 runs during the Patron event have open slots, ranging from 2 to 10.
