TOPIC: Gen Con 2017 Group Index

Let me know if I missed any threads, or if the statuses are incorrect on anything. Suggested improvements are also welcome.

Index details
Each thread in the index corresponds to one (occasionally more than one) dungeon run. These threads are useful for getting to know your group members and organizing the run in advance, so the short 24 minutes in the coaching room are less stressful.

Each dungeon gets its own post, which is subdivided by day. There is also a section for only the runs that are LFM.

Run statuses
(Statusees? Statusi? Stupid Latin correspondence course!)

• LFO (Looking for Others) - The group is still looking for some of the tickets for the run.
• LFM (Looking for More) - The group has all of the tickets for the run, but not every ticket has a player yet. LFM status will include the number of remaining tickets, and if the group has set a difficulty, that will also be included.
• FULL - All players are accounted for.

It always makes me smile when I see you post on someone's thread that you've found other people in their run posting in a different thread. I think a lot of people don't search before they make the thread - which makes sense, because you don't always know what to search for - and having your index to work from makes searching a loteasier!

You mean someone besides you? I had to double check myself when i saw it was someone besides you that started this.

Either way thanks to you and Andrew for doing these.

Is there an option to have stuff auto unhide? Ie so i'm not clicking the expand view on every category. While far from perfect the run aggregation did make it easier when looking for LFM groups.

LOL - yeah I usually do a status of what tickets are left to buy by day and type....no need to do that this year! Haven't done a thread group index before. But it does sound like something I would do, I was starting to consider it but had been to busy, so I was glad Andrew got it going (it would have only been a matter of time before I made the time).
