Random offer...I have a Ranger slot in Moongate Combat, and would be willing to swap with someone in Moongate Puzzle, assuming that you would want either the Ranger slot or one of the other classes still available, and assuming that the Ranger slot in Moongate Puzzle is available for me to take.

Not sure what exactly I'm looking to trade for, or if this is even a socially acceptable option, but if there's any interest (assuming this is ok), shoot me a PM.

I would swap with you, but not if you are looking for anything extra on top of it. I would just be doing it to help you out if you've decided Puzzle is something you'd rather do. Combat or Puzzle, makes no difference to me. I'm just looking forward to the run.

i am going to say if this happens. Next year, I will require an emailed pic of you with your GT token (close up selfie) before I place you in the requested group. this could put the GT run on a slippery slope

Legal? Permissible? Yes, and probably, in the sense I don't think anyone can stop you.

I've never seen this done, but i don't know everything.

Socially acceptable? That's debatable, but since you asked, my conjecture is the majority won't think so.

My take is this. GTs go for more before combat is full than after. Therefore combat is worth more than puzzle to most people.

Given that, a combat slot should have some value over a puzzle slot.

Now, the counter argument is that other TD tickets have never been sold for over face value. Given that this one does not have a face value to speak of, it is a difficult question.

What if it were this way?
Step 1, sell current GT with combat ranger slot included

Step 2, purchase new GT and claim puzzle Ranger slot.

Step 3, kept the difference as profit.

Would people have a problem with that? If so, why?

Let me be clear with you as I don't have a billion reasons, just had one golden ticket to use it on Dancing among stone for now. As the number 6 slot seem to be open for combat as I haven't decide on what the new ruling are to measure up to the challenge if as usually nightmare, if not then it fine.

Yes, I am, just have to brush-up on my version style cleric with story-arch theme journey possible as best combo effect with curing/healing as major as minor combat as maximize with tokens set. Side-note: Is curing the zombie has damage as a cap damage effect that may be re-adjust the policy of use of combo-effect from the amount of tokens that can produce damage for it, since I haven't kept up with consistent update with the every tokens may or may not change for this story-arch?

Cleric (5/5) since I have multi-token from common to legendary from different class and know as well as understand to use them effective and resourceful to help other to enhance the group-effect effort to reach the final room, meanwhile being reflex-able and consider taxing demand on the times constrict of 12 min. per room can be together as tale to be told for other to enjoy afterward. Thanks.

Dial!!! Hey man, glad to see a post come across the threads from ya!

Nice to be back, but the lack of computer use has not make it easy, since the library has been the only option at this times. As a kid, playing tag you are it and reading comic has turn around to as adult playing phone-tag and reading contracts, applications and protocol agreement that are subject to change without notice, but total liability to us as consumer as arbitrate with fine print and disclaimer seem to be convoluted as ever.

A quick shout to all the fine folks who've managed to secure a GT!

I hope you've all had good luck during Event Reg, and are looking forward to another fun-filled GenCon.

Myself, I managed to get a couple good runs into my cart, and have been invited on runs with several good friends. Unfortunately, ALL of them (except one) are Moongate Maze (combat) runs (the one is Dancing, Puzzle)

That leaves me without any Dancing Among Stones (Combat) runs at all.

So I'm wondering whether anyone in the Dancing (Combat) GT run is interested in switching with me, for my spot in the Moongate Maze GT run.

I'm not worried about what class I can play in Dancing - I'll take whatever's left over. And I know the folks in Moongate Combat are all decent folks, so if you want to change but your favorite class isn't available, we may still be able to make something work.

(If all else fails, I may ask to join the Moongate (puzzle) run ... but since I am hoping to run on Nightmare mode, the Combat run would be my first choice)
