Just explain to the players in the room before the party card is filled out.

I am sure the players will find a way to mediate any issues.

Do the rules of True Grind cease to exist :)?

Or does everyone but A reslide, and then everyone but B reslide?

I think it is highly unlikely that someone will burn a UR Special just to be an @-hole. If you want to sabotage your team, there are easier ways to do this without spending valuable tokens, such as knocking everyone's sliders out of the hit area.

You handle them sequentially. Find out who is using the UR Special first and then resolve it. If the second player then wants to use a UR Special as well, you resolve that one afterwards.
