TOPIC: One Newbie Looking for a group?

First off Welcome. Let me see if my group has any slots open. They do 2 "naked runs" with just your starting pack of tokens. It's a great way to try out TD without getting too bogged down with alot tokens.

That sounds ideal if you have the space. Thank you!

Hi Carolyn, I'm with Chris' group, and we def have a spot for you on two runs on Friday, if you want them. As Chris said they are naked runs, played with only the starter tokens, so we play a normal difficulty. We are playing both of the modules sequentially, and both are puzzle runs. I'll check, but I am pretty sure that one run starts just before noon, and the other around three or 4 o'clock. I'll post firm times later today when I'm not stuck on my phone. I hope you can join us !

Naked Runs are the best!!! There's nothing like playing the adventures with whatever tokens you happened to randomly get. It's so fun doing your best to build your character with whatever's in the random bag, trading with the other players, etc.

So much fun!

Careful Trent, if naked runs are the best, why would anyone ever need tokens from the secondary market?

...because a rising ocean floats all boats. Besides, fun (the challenge of actually playing) is more important than the secondary market (a supporting service). I know, yer just 'poking the bear', and that's a lot of fun in its own right.
