I am just wondering when the notifications get sent out for true dungeon volunteering schedule. I put no preference down for my schedule times but I need to figure out what free time I will have to plan the rest of my true dungeon/gencon time.

I think it usually right before tickets go on sale.

Sounds like everyone was notified you're on the team? My eldest and her BF put in applications but haven't heard anything back.

It hasn't been confirmed if I have been accepted as a full time yet, I am still waiting to hear back all I know is my app was received.

With Origins popping up i'm not surprised that we haven't been notified yet. I usually notice when i get the auto email from Gencon stating that i have a badge.

I would expect to find out about Origins this week in an email blast and then gencon later this month. Lori has always been good about notifying around or slightly before the event catalog goes live for preview (week to 2 weeks before event reg).

Or for some of us i expect an email stating that well you are working both cons right?....

The facebook page for Volunteers just posted that schedules are nearly done

They posted that *Origins* schedules are almost done.

I'm pretty sure they're getting those done first, and working on GenCon schedules afterwards.

I got my email today around 2 o'clock for Origins so hang in there.
