TOPIC: Failed to Fund: Pre-Order Augmented SAFEHOLD 8K Lightning Auction

Edit: We didn't get to the finish line this time. With PYPs going for $70 to $75, in most auctions, right now is a hard time to generate enough interest for an 8k order.

I might try again later in the year and see if folks are interested in bidding on a safehold package again. There are some great URs for newer players this year, so maybe closer to one of the bigger conventions.

I am kicking off an Pre-Order Augmented SAFEHOLD 8K Lightning Auction with a 10 day run time. The goal is to get this funded prior to the end of Early Bird Specials. If you missed out on Beertram's auction to bid on the Safehold package this is your chance.

Funding goal is $2,301.50 out of $6,700.00 (33.85%)

Ending Monday, November 20th at 1PM EST

I am keeping the Patron Lapel Pin, Patron Code, and Path of Enlightenment Fragment, and 2 Rings of the 3th Circle, but I am reducing the cost of the auction and heavily augmenting the auction to make up the value of those items. Part of keeping this auction duration short is to not lock anyone in if I misjudge the value of the augmenting items and this drags on. I may add more augmented items if needed.

In order for the auction to be successful, the grand total of all bids must meet or exceed $6700. If the auction fails to meet the minimum, I may choose to go forward or call the whole thing off.

Why is the goal $6700 and not the order cost of $8000:
◦ $800 is the cost of the Patron Lapel Pin and Code and 2 Rings of the 3th Circle
◦ $500 is more than covered by the 9 random URs and a chance at a golden ticket which is included in an $8K order. By taking the 9 random URs and maybe getting a golden ticket I cover my time invested in this auction and the cost of shipping.

How bidding works:
◦ Bids should be sent to me via PM
◦ The first bid for an item must equal the reserve amount, all other bids must be more than the current bid
◦ The winning bid is the lesser of the 2nd highest bid + the bid increment and the highest bid
◦ You must bid at least the current bid + the bid increment
◦ When bidding on multiples of the same item, all of your bids must be at the same amount.

Bidding increments:
◦ Bid increment on items currently at less than $10 is $0.25.
◦ Bid increment on items currently at greater than or equal to $10 and less than $50 is $1.
◦ Bid increment on items currently at greater than or equal to $50 is $5

Bidding mechanics:
Once your bid is received I will send you a PM confirming it and your pseudonym. I will regularly update the auction with currently winning bids.

This auction rewards early bidding. If multiple bidders bid the same amount, the earliest bids win. Because the winning bid is set by the second-highest bidder, you can enter your top bid initially and never overpay.

Feel free to bid on any number of items for which there are multiples available, your bid will always apply to the cheapest items. When bidding on multiples of the same item, all of your bids must be at the same amount.

Bidding ends on Monday, November 20th at 1PM EST, or when we reach the funding threshold if we fund before Monday November 20th.

If there are technical difficulties with TD forums within 1 hour of the end auction time the auction may be extended for up to 24 hours.

Payment:
We are buying this 8K order together, I am not operating a store. Payment is required through PayPal via friends and family or Venmo. All winning bids will have 48 hours after the close of the auction to provide payment. Any unpaid item(s) after allowed time will defer their winning bid and the next highest bidder will be offered the item at their maximum bid price of the item(s).

Shipping:
◦ Domestic shipping will be free
◦ International shipping will be the actual cost.

All items will ship within 1 week of receiving the tokens from True Dungeon.
