I was planning on packs; if we don't get enough bids but enough people want Condensed, we could switch; I just had someone offer 16/1k on GP

Your buy so your rules, but...

My back of the envelope estimate last night (based on previous 8k) was that you need $3-4/pack to match trade goods plus the 9.6 random URs (that are in the packs). That plus ring and orb gets you most of the way to 8k... someone not at work can check my math.

As you already have bids on packs, it gets more complicated to switch.

Well, I am taking bids on packs. Anyone who wants can send me a silent bid for condensed stuff; if we fail to make 8k on packs by the 22nd, but the bids for condensed get us there (same with 32 PYP vs 20 Onyx UR + 16 PYP), I'll make the switch.

Keep in mind:
- with packs the random URs will be distributed to those who buy packs since the URs will be inside random 10 packs
- with condensed/superconsensed the random URs will be provided separately.

What do you mean by "how they will be distributed?"

How will you decide which pack goes to whom? The rares are visible, and there are definitely some that are better than others.
