Well that escalated quickly and here I was worried about being close to shipping costs. Shows what I know.

As of 8:15 PM MT, I've got a bid of $635 Cndn and one at $555, not sure of the currency.

I apologize to everyone, I should have specified that at the beginning; I'm in northern Alberta (sort of mid-latitudes for Canada), so I'm used to thinking in Canadian dollars, so kurtreznor, if you could send me an update what coinage you're working in, that'd be appreciated.

Anyway, that's where we're at right now.

Most bids & prices on these forums are in USD.

KurtReznor is a US resident, so his will definitely be USD.

Yeah, it is amazing how little many GTs went for this year.

Seems to have followed the pattern of every other year

Yeah, they do tend to decline, but I sold one on 8/11/14 for $900.

Prices tend to drop for a few reasons, the biggest three that I can think of are:

1) the big buyers go first

2) combat runs go first

3) class choices gets restricted

I paid a premium to get my desired class in a combat run and I suspect I will again next year.

Why should class selection be any different on a GT run than on regular run: try to work it out, 3+ level picks first, roll off if people won't budge.

And my bid is USD.

because we are trying to be civilized and work it all out before hand...unlike regular runs

If you think about it they are being worked out exactly like regular runs. Class selection is on a first come first choice basis. The later you get your GT the later you arrive at the virtual room.
You can't fix stupid but you can TPK it.

If the guy shows up late and is higher level he gets to pick his class over the lower level guy... we had this a few times, fortunately we all were higher level then the guy that showed up late.

Some people just don't have more than one class to play is the issue.

Actually if I'm not mistaken the level only applies if you are level 3 and other players are level 1 or 2. All players level 3 and over roll-off for class selection
