This is the reward for Level 10. Holds a Token. At least I think that's what Jeff was going on about during the PAX interview.

These were handed out with something MUCH different than the Level 10 reward.

If you want to see the Level 10 reward, David was wearing one in a picture I showed during the last YouTube show I interviewed him on, and you can also see it being announced at around 18:20 in the below interview with Jeff.
