I know who these fellows are.
I ran with them a few times last year .. and we've a mutual TD friend.
So they are real folks.

That being said ..

The prices in the spreadsheet are ... generous .. but I'm also assuming that was more work to value what they had. Assuming.

There are maybe 3-4 individuals [active in the forums] in a position to justify the financial investment of buying this as a bulk lot. That is assuming that folks have $20-$30k liquid cash handy. A buying pool of 4 might be generous.

You are probably better off just talking to those people directly and coming to an agreement if you want to sell to one buyer/all at once.

I may be interested in a single CoA from the individual that can pickup the lot.

We had a discussion off forum and have talked about it, so far we haven't been able to find a mutual agreeable price that makes sense to chuck it out as lots. Best of luck finding a buyer.
