Yeah...it is a tough one. Maybe...but an armor from the underworld shouldn't really have "Life" in the title...maybe? I am trying to theme it more like the armor grants more hp because it makes you wanna live long because of spite.

I guess "Nether Armor of Darklife" is too long.

Sounds like you're partial to a name you like, so stick with it. There are more tokens to name in the future. But I do like "Of life" as a +2 max HP thing.

I like Jeff's reasoning. IMO theres no reason we cant have more then one enchantment name granting the "of life" effect.

It did specify Sonic Damage in the original iteration, but that was removed. I assume because + spell damage always just gets the damage type of the spell you're casting and there's no way to specify extra spell damage types on the party card currently.
