+1 Keen Bolt
While space doesn't seem a consideration, would "+1/+1 to hit/damage & ..." make any sense for templating such things? Multiple &'s just seem clunky.
+1 Nether Knocker & +1 Nether Short Spear
Can see my comment about uncommons seeming weak, which would make these also seem weak. I had another thought on the short spear. I guess the standard is that javelins are thrown and spears are not - I didn't look, but a short spear could be a compound if it isn't already.
While +1 Bliss Hammer may be over the curve, it does average 5.5 damage +3 in Bliss versus 4 for +1 Knocker and 4.5 for +1 NSS. +1 Shillelagh is all classes and averages 4.5 (with no special, though).
350 GP Gold Sculpture
I realize there's already art and probably had similar in the past, but garnet/gold/ruby is a strange progression. Gemstone progression would make more sense, but this is rather trivial.
Charm of the Faithful
For players - anyone want to start doing Charm of the Faithful runs? Maybe not that interesting. For future design, a Cleric or Paladin Charm of Pure Faith that allowed someone to move 20 hp to someone else would be "exciting".
Figurine of Power: Fiend
So, is this part of the Dog transmute? Should it have transmute templating? What about other components to Dog?
Gloves of Guidance
Sounds more like a divine name than a backstabbing name. Gloves of the Assassin. Gloves of the Killer (prefer Assassin).
Ring of Fire Absorption
Better be tons of fire damage as there is just crazy amounts of fire reduction in this set. Seems like could be doing other things with one of these slots.
Scroll Healing Maze
The thematics are really weird. I assume there's some reason for this specific effect. I could see this actually being a PvP play as someone forces you into another dimension for a round. I mean, very few people are that terrible, but it becomes possible. It also creates questions akin to what happens when Lesser Maze goes off, though maybe less than that overly complicated spell. Also may be some pretty interesting combos with intentionally warping people away, beyond the obvious of taking someone about to die to AOE attacks out of harm's way.
I think it's interesting and wasn't offended by Wizards being on it, but it does seem like extending the sacrifice scroll cycle wouldn't be a terrible alternative. Don't feel that strongly about the weird thematics or weird mechanics.
Skull of Sacrifice
My first thought was this was awful, a rare consumable for just 6 healing. OTOH, potions are that. OTOOH, potions can be buffed through other tokens while this does not and it being a DP versus AI trade in makes it worse. Could make it cooler by making it 8 points of healing, but that may be OP for something that people could have dozens of.
Was a lot more interesting before, but I can see where the original had its own problems. Oh, here's an idea that's cooler and fits this year's LoDS debate, 6 healing but splittable among multiple folks. "You have a piece of skull candy, and you have a piece of skull candy."
Wand of Soul Spike
Energy draining undead still don't take Darkrift damage? I wonder if the uncommon will deal more damage in one of the dungeons due to cold vs. darkrift.
