There are a few other tokens with similar effects (there is a +1 damage level 0 lense, and a +1 to magic missile) - not a problem really - it’s just not on the card.

Of course - the weaerer then has to tell the dm about their modifiers to get any benefit...

I think we could see +1 to healing or damage in a ring at UC, and +1 to both in a rare.

Seems like a good idea. I like the idea of it being a Ioun Stone since new players are rarely using all of those slots anyways.

I do think I would prefer it to be a copper nugget, that way all the major D&D money types will be represented eventually in Ioun Stone TEs.

I thought the same. If there was to be a transmute to make a +2 te with no stacking, it should be the copper one. If that will not exist, than this should be copper
