I think that is reasonable as a once per game. You only get one or two figurines, this could be a good one.

Don't forget about horn of blasting though. I think it is still ok, but once per game 2 to every monster is nothing sneeze at as a free action.

I'd like to see good tokens for the Bard, Monk, and Druid in circulation.

With new players, these classes may struggle to get a good class specific tokens in their intro bag.

Bards could get something like the Lyre of Echoes (allows attacks every other round) or the Blowgun Flute

Monks need bracers to have something that would be exciting to slide.

Druids often need natural armor. Tree bark, hell-hound leather, something.

For bards how about a figurine of power music box, that plays bard song for 1 round independent of what the bards doing.

for monks how about a punch dagger (it's been years since we had one and rogues could use it for back stab too).

For druids I got nothing until we know more about theme.

I'd like a poison negating item, so new players can "combo" it with their Midgard Serpent gloves (if they have them).

An untransmutable Shadow Cloak or equivalent might be nice (+1 to saves and AC)

It's been several years since there was a +2 AC torso slot item for Monks and Wizards - maybe some new robes.

A +1 focus ring that could stack with the UR version.

Or, at uncommon a +1 spell damage and a +1 spell healing ring.

We are getting a lot of horns and they get used less often because it’s almost always better to use a standard action to do something else. I talked with some people at gencon and said something about making a item that would allow you to use horns as a free action and they said it would be broken (yes they are right) So I felt a figure of power keeps it in check.

Yes please! I will take ranged damage in any slot that doesn’t already have it too. Even small amounts like +1 or +2 are welcome.

Well, there is the Holly Ring, which gives +1 to ranged damage. No other rings though.
