TOPIC: Thank you all for the support!

It's been another "nail biting" day here in the Martin household when TD tickets go on sale. Every year we keep our fingers crossed and hope that ticket sales go well. I am happy to report that tickets have sold well -- even ahead of last year's total at this time.

Thank you all so much for your support. I very much appreciate y'all giving me the fun of making True Dungeon happen.

Thanks to you and your family for putting on this incredible event that is the highlight of the year for many of us!

Huzzah! to the Martin Family and all the splendid TD Volunteers!

Pickings are already slim on tix. No doubt some will make there way back into the system this afternoon..but things are moving fast!

Jeff, thanks to you and your family and the entire True Dungeon staff for putting on such a great event year after year! It looks like another complete sell out, the tickets are already getting really slim and they haven't even finished processing the Wish Lists yet. Once that happens and people can add tickets to their carts directly, I'd expect that nearly everything remaining will vanish.

Thought that happened more on our end, especially when in the thousands for the wish list.

Interesting...at the three-hour mark last year we had 660 tickets available. At the three-hour mark this year, we have around 280 tickets available.

I believe that will be a minority opinion

It is a good point. As long as tickets keep selling out it is OK to charge more, IMO. Ideally that extra money would be saved to bring TD to another convention at some point in the future.

An observation. I fully understand the logistical reasons but..

At this point there are 37 runs on Thursday with open spots. None of them are Into the Underdark. There is one full Gauntlet run available and two with 9 spots open.

I can't see anything that could be done about this, given space, time and other resource limitations. But it is pretty dramatic.

Now that I'm done whining...

Edit: It may not be entirely a function of timing. There are only 17 Underdark runs with openings. There are 98 Gauntlet runs with openings. The "Underdark" name may just be the better draw.
