TOPIC: Pre-game room?

Last year we had a "room at the inn" that we could use before each adventure to go over our new token packs, fill out the party card, etc. This year the description makes it sound like you only get the training room, and only for up to 15 minutes.

To quote the 2014 Event Details:
"Players entering the event will find themselves at the edge of a dark forest on a moonlit night – in a small village dominated by two large inns. Each inn will be the start of an adventure where players may arrive up to 15 minutes early to make use of their private well-lit training room. "

Seeking some clarity so I know when to tell my co-adventures to meet.

It's exactly the same as last year.

• You may sit in your private room up to 30 minutes before your ticketed start time
• Spend 24 minutes filling out the party card, beginning at the time printed on your ticket/wristband
• Spend 12 minutes in training room (combat, skill tests, etc.)

Thank you. So, if I have an event at 9:36, and I understand correctly:

• We can get in to our private room at 9:06.
• We have 9:36-10:00 to fill out our party card and trade tokens.
• We then have 10:00-10:12 in the training room.

This does seem very different from what the event details say... probably confusing for new players.

Other than strongly suggesting you trade tokens before the party card is filled out, yes. Having to redo a player's stats is a PITA for the coach.
