TOPIC: A Rogues' Game!

Raven, this sounds like something my kids would love to do. Is this aimed at adults, or can kids participate, too?

This is a player-driven mini-game (Not produced by or in any legal way associated with TD.)

It takes place in the TD storyscape. It requires no materials beyond what will be provided. The event itself runs 1.5h, but playing it can take as little as 5 minutes; and you can play multiple times (usually up to 5, but it depends on how many Marks I have helping).

The exact mechanics will be described onsite, with props for demonstration purposes.

The game is Rogueish in nature (stealth related) but you don't have to play a Rogue in TD to do well. One of the better players I've seen was a loud & boisterous Bard. He cleared the whole field in < 10 mins.

And yes, Arp - kids can play, as long as they are old enough to walk, and have some understanding of personal space. We don't want kids (or adults) in this game who will do something impulsive like grab a stranger in the dark, or try to climb up someone's leg to reach a pouch. So, no toddlers... but that's about it.

On a similar note, due to a schedule shift I wont be able to make it on 8/15 to be a target this year... sorry Raven =(

Sounds like loads of fun, and a great time, im going to check my schedule and see if i can help be a mark and give it a try myself.

This sounds very cool. Sadly I can't provide time as a mark any of the times you need (event at 6 every day) but I will definitely check it out this year.

Sure thing - lemme know.
I do suggest giving the game a try first, before you volunteer as a Mark, but it's not essential.
And apparently I may need some extra help on Friday evening

Thanks Mike. Please do play the game first if possible, so you understand what you would be getting into (tho I promise, it's not grueling labour), and if you are interested in playing a Mark, let me know.

Also (and this goes out to anyone interested in being a Mark): Let me know who you are when you drop by. I can't always remember everyone's names, and even if I do, the Dungeon is Dark, and my memory for faces is questionable.
