Typically about two weeks before.

But they are running behind. An event I submitted back in January (same one I do every year) is not yet approved. When I enquired, I was told they were doing the " independent" events last.

Le sigh... sounds like the "fantastic" luck we had with hotels is going to extend fully into events...
