TOPIC: Trading Wed night at GenCon 2013

This worked well last year, so I figure we should do it again. Last year we started up about 8pm. We met in the north food court by Hall D (outside the old Exhibit Hall for the long-time GenCon'ers) below one of the skywalks. Barring something unusual, I think that location was almost perfect: central, near the hotels, and closed (i.e. no food service so no competition for tables).

FYI, selling for cash can get you banned from GenCon. Not judging, just warning.

I thought that last year it was rather poorly attended. Maybe this year will turn out better....

I may or may not be there at 8pm. NSDM starts at the same time.

Had fun last year getting to put some names with faces on Wednesday night and made a couple trades. I'll be sure to stop by again.

I will probably stop by if I have any trades lined up, or if anyone is bringing any big stacks of old wooden tokens to trade

Currently nothing concrete I am looking for, but I will be finishing up with the build around 6 or so on Wednesday, so I may stop by.

I'd love to swing by (inasmuch as I can around TD's Wednesday night volunteer training schedule.)

I remember meeting Brad there last year, and completing a pre-arranged trade with him, as well as putting a few names to faces. With my memory (and the dim lighting in the dungeon) I probably forgot most of those name/face combinations before the weekend was out... so it would be great to see everyone again!

... or, wait... did you mean the other DDA... the Dungeon Delvers Anonymous group which happens to hold its dinner the same evening? yeah, I will be busy attending that one, too.

Would there be any interest in setting up a trading time on Sunday afternoon? It might be an easy way to get the last few trade items people are looking for with out having to mail stuff back and forth.

Not a bad idea Lorenz. Not sure how many people are still around Sunday afternoon, but I bet some folks would turn up to get in one last trade fix, before the USPS starts getting their cut.
