Purchasing of TD Tickets
In 2013 our plans call for us to add an additional adventure to the event. There will be two consecutive adventure modules, and each module will have two variations of either a combat or puzzle orientation. The first module called “Lycans Afoot” tasks the party to travel through a dark forest in search of a tower, while the second module called “Golembane” challenges the party to reach the top of tower.

Odd general question about the GenCon Ticket ordering system.

I know for most events, you're usually limited to purchasing 1 ticket for yourself and 1 for a friend. But I also recall that TrueDungeon events are the exception to this, correct? (i.e. 1 person can buy a full run of 10 tickets for an entire group (or themselves)).

If you are fortunate to get a group of 10 you can buy all 10 either for yourself or for friends.

I have done both. I recommend buying them for yourselves.

in previous years, one person could buy entire runs. Everything I have seen that will be true this year as well.

I always try to buy full slots of 10 for our group, and most years I've been able to.

Last year at one point I had 7 full runs (10 tickets each) in my cart. So it is possible to get them. You just need to fish right.

I also have bought tickets for people and had them not show up to GenCon (she had heart surgery the day before so it was very acceptable). The tickets were in her pack of tickets so I didn't have access to it. Which is why I suggest buying them for yourself versus buying them for a friend....just in case.

It is important to have your wish list filled out ahead of time, and to be ready to click on it the split second that registration opens, or you'll quickly be behind many thousands of people in the line.

Unless you fly out to whereever the servers are and connect directly into their network. Then you might only have 10's of people in front of you.:whistle:

Yeah, that'd be great...if they ever post the event schedule so I can make that list. :dry:

Does anyone know if True Dungeon registration is an hour early this year (i.e. 11:00 AM Eastern). I know it was in the past, but wasn't able to find anything regarding this year.
