TOPIC: I LOVE my Ring of Wizardry!!

Okay, so I normally play bard, but True Realm found me my secondary class (which I'm thinking may become my primary): Wizard.  Using a Ring of Wizardry, I critted a beholder in True Grind for *34* points of damage!!!  WOOT!!!    <br /><br />And even without crits, it's possible to do that much damage if you use the bracelets of the Zephyr.<br /><br />I don't know if people have flashed onto this yet, but this token turns the mage into a REAL powerhouse of a character if the player is good at slides.  I just wish there were more slide spells. 

It has been discovered...and used to deadly effect.<br /><br />Brian - our Wizard toasted all sorts of things this time around, as well as the Giant last year.<br /><br />I'm happy for Wizards!  Now let's beef up the Clerics!

<br /><br />Heh... you were simply amazing with the ring and those spells on our run!  Thank you once again for allowing David to be Bard.  I only wish that I could've been more help sliding against that fiend we all faced!  You really rocked!<br /><br />-Toby

<br />With the new additions this year, I think the Druid is already beefed up.  The Coronet was awesome!  I got to use that in the final room in Grind and got some mighty damage.  Good armor (Dragonscale) and a good weapon (keen scimitar).  From my time in the training room, Monk and a slightly lesser extent, the ranger were the most unused characters. (left on the caddy)<br />

I'm glad someone else said it (Druids are so well done!!! so well, I might actually have to try being one - maybe once.)

Hey - people are giving love to the wizard!  Yay!<br /><br />Yeah, the RoW and the Bracelets are a huge combination!  Through in some wands and scrolls, let him hide behind the druid tank, and you have a offensive powerhouse.<br /><br />I may need to get some tokens so I can become "untargetable," so I don't have to worry about AC, right, Bloodwulf?
