Do they have a damage wheel? If so, then yes, right?
I am going to guess weapon here because of the damage wheel. As with the Spiked Buckler ruling earlier, it seems the rule of thumb is Damage Wheel=Weapon.

and the big thing for me is they are re-usable...not like a BULLET. Thing is arrows are like that - right? Other thing is they only can be used once per combat...strange.

Bro, if you're going to trade any Torcs in, let me know - I'd be happy to trade other Rare Armor tokens to you for any Torcs you are going to trade in, and I'll throw in a couple bonus armors. I'd like to have some Torcs on hand for our group just in case.

Bro

I think the idea is that once you throw it you have to retrieve it, and cannot until the battle is over.

Mike is right about the torcs. As a rare, they are a hot commodity, especially for those that do not have an ultra rare for the neck. They should command a premium above the level of other rares.

But - like bullets - can't you just pop out another Shuriken next round? (Or in the case of the Monk 2 more?)

That would make sense if you have multiple tokens I would guess, but I would think that one token is one throw of possibly multiple shuriken. Of course that is all speculation, it can be anything the gods want it to be.

Yep - but I'd like a few as insurance in case anything happens to the Horns of Plenty (not that I expect it to, but I've been surprised before), or if Jeff does something like on the Golden Ticket run where everyone gets 3 picks even without the Horn of Plenty. I don't have enough Amulets of Wonder & Greyhawk to outfit the whole group, so a few Torcs would be nice - and I've got plenty of excess Plate Armors & Elven Chains floating around.

Bro

Shurikens are like thrown daggers. They do count for weapon trades, and unlike bullets, bolts, and arrows are reusable. They will be listed in the Weapon section under Ranged Weapons. They can be retrieved, but can only be used once per combat (due to getting stuck or being out of reach to retrieve in a combat round), if you have multiple shuriken tokens, you may use one each combat round.

The exception will be the Monk who (if they have more than one) can use two per combat round.

Regardless, each individual token can only be used once during a combat.
