Ugh! naturally I get back from work and on that very day I'm putting in double shifts I settled all PMs and got in touch with everyone.

Very sorry I wasn't there but a very nice gentleman saw that not even Dark Chocolate Espresso Beans could have an impact on my fatigue so I was offered the use of their room to take a nap...Upon the emergence from my Rip Van Winkle endeavour (actually woke up with a long beard though I suuspect the carpet fuzz and drool contributed to it...Eew pretend that was written by someone else) I found myself to have enough time to catch my half hour cab ride to the hotel to finish checkout before heading off to my early flight home. Next Gen Con I will have More than enough time and prep work done so it will be even better, if such a thing can be possible.

Can't make SoCal but I will be back next year for certain.

Hope you are feeling better hun. Yeah when that stuff hits it ain't pretty. I know my A.F. has been kicking my butt since I got home.
Hope you get enough rest and get your system balanced back out and thank you so much for all your help in the Tavern! You rock!
Although I didn't get to sample the pixie sticks, those who hit the stash were delighted from what I saw. Thanks again for all your efforts and that what you contributed to the event.

Nothing much new to add, but I also greatly appreciated Silkie's presence in the tavern very much, it was almost hyptonizing watching him go about his trade and trades, my only regret was missing his contest of songs with Carl the pirate union leader. And the wondering of convention halls at 5AM looking for "one of us" to play some games with shall be remembered until the next con.

I didn't know you lent out your full plate +1 as well or else I'd have gathered those up for you too. (was it to a pretty girl again ? :D )

By the way, good job Raven!!

No, it wasn't to a pretty girl, it was to me, silly. And he'll be getting that one back, no one that worked as hard as he did for tokens deserves to lose one like that.

Actually I DID beat Death...though not left-handed. : 8)

It was Saturday night around 12:30. Our party died in the room with the many doors (after taking a huge beating form the snake-wench and the chess room.

We were taken to Valhalla and given our shot at death. I went first. Scored the head-shot on Death. No one else in my party was able to do it.

Didn't get any u;tra-rares. Just a shot to finish the adventure and return to the final room. In the excitement of the moment I forgot to grab a torch from my party.

It was cool to beat Death...but taking the final room puzzle alone actually sucked. Support would have been nice. Also...it was very rushed as we had to take our shots at Death...then I was rushed to the final room before the 12 minutes ran out.

The best part was the reaction from the death-escorts, my party, and (of course) bragging rights.

Good to hear that you're doing well then Jack. I'll get on sending that out tomorrow, if I have time. As to my avatar, yes, that's the avatar that I use on every forum basically.

Its funny how something that takes multiple days to set up comes down in a few hours...
