It seems like a bunch were given out because of TA.  I'm not sure about the finals, but first and second of each preliminary round got one.

Though the silk ingredient is close, I would have been really happy to pull a dungeon-only "55' Silk Rope"- Not only is it at least +10% better than a regular rope, but if it doubled as an ingred, it becomes even more useful... Do I want to keep it as an item, or use it for comboing? Plus, it might give the casual players a more useful token if they're not following the comboing or trading track.
