For Thursday where you are processing 1C and 2C, items will there be one line or two lines going on at the same time?
Sincerely,
Greyseer

We will have to see about logistics when we get there. If I have some help it should not matter. I would prefer to keep it just one line (so there is equal opportunity, more lines might not move as fast) and hopefully have a few people helping with trades (several have offered) so things should move very quickly.

Dave
While Perfectly accurate, and was read by yours truly, it did not identify if I needed lackies and minions to stand in 2 lines or just process through 1. With Dave's reply it sounds like 1 line will be open and as such I can have my evil minions in one place with one type of token turn in at a time.
But I appreciate the fact that you did put a link in here so that others who may not have seen the original post may find it.
Sincerely,
Greyseer

It says that pretty much right in #1:

1. People will queue up with the tokens at hand to make one of that day's particular token (or one set of tokens on Thursday). We will make the exchange and you may proceed to the end of the line if you wish to make additional trades.

That seemed clearly to be one line since you could make one, or one set.

I really did consider more than one line, but then the potential of one line moving faster than the others made it clear to me that some might feel, and indeed could perceive, that others were at an advantage. I always seem to pick the wrong line when there are multiples. So I decided that we should keep it one and hopefully have a few "stations" processing tokens.

I plan on having a "mat" on the table with pictures of each of the tokens needed for a trade. Cover the pictures and you have enough for a trade, it should make things go pretty fast (other than counting the GPs).

So not to have the density of a dwarf star, when it says (one set of tokens on Thursday) does that mean I could per turn in line get both a 1C and a 2C item in that pass, or will have to choose each time I get to the front whether I want a 1C or 2C item, or does it mean that they will process all the 1C first then do the 2C? Mmmm, I may need more minions and lackies.

On Thursday, you may exchange tokens for one 1C and one 2C token each trip through the line. On Friday and Saturday it would only be for one of that day's tokens each time.

Dave

You're going to need a shopping cart for all the tokens you take in on Thursday, especially since one of the items takes 10 quarterstaves. Maybe borrow one of Smak's horse and cart setups?

But what would you do with all those quarterstaves? :P
