just wondering if anything was goin on with the gold. any auctions or non-player ran shops?

Plans are still being made.  An auction is a most probably going to happen again.  More info later.  Thanks.

Several people are planning to run shops taking gold.  Not sure where we will be able to set up.<br /><br />
A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in.

Down the hall, you can setup a booth and call it Greyhawk's First Realm Bank<br />Further down the hall, just setup a table and call it "Tokes" into Gold
